How does escrow work?
When you initiate a trade, the seller's crypto is locked in our escrow. It's only released to the buyer once the seller confirms receiving payment.
Is my money safe?
Crypto in escrow is held by the protocol and released automatically on confirmation — Bondoo never holds your funds beyond the escrow window.
What currencies are supported?
We currently support BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC. More assets are on the roadmap.
How do I download the app?
Download the APK directly from this website. Android only for now — iOS coming soon.
How do I report a scam?
Use the Report button on any trade, or email support@bondoo.app. We review all disputes within 2 business hours.
